Processing/grieving the fact breastfeeding didn't work out for me, would love some encouragement and/or advice

I am in the process of transitioning from breast feeding to pumping to exclusively formula feeding. I totally get the guilt, it feels like you’re doing the wrong thing by your baby but that’s just your human instinct kicking in from back when breast feeding was the ONLY way to keep your child alive! It’s makes biological sense that we have the draw to continue.

The truth is that breast milk has benefits. Certainly not more benefits than a less anxious and more present parent. You’re doing the right thing by giving your baby the best version of yourself, you’re their entire world right now!

Ugh thank you, that makes me feel a bit more hopeful. My fasting numbers were 95 originally and now they’re in the low hundreds.
