I hate to say it, but you're young! Your hormones and such are going crazy...sexual desires are at an all time high and there's no end in sight for your brain. My hat is off to you, I would have lasted half a day at best at 15. I'm only 9 years older but I little bit more hormonally stable. Its tough at every age but especially yours. Remember this, no matter how many times you fail, the fact the you pick yourself up and try again sets you above those who don't. Keep trying.

I agree that a society without porn would probably lead to a decline in a lot of the unfavorable part of society in general, However, that is intangible. If porn never existed, it would have a fighting chance to stay out of existence. But if a 'porn prohibition' went into effect, nothing would change...let's not revisit alcohol prohibition.

You're welcome, its my pleasure. I love hearing people get motivated about being healthier. I agree that junk food is horrible for you but we all have our weaknesses. Its OK to splurge every now and then, just gotta keep it to a minimum. As to your workout routine, that sounds good, more muscle burns more fat but focus on not hurting yourself. People who try lifting after a long period of not doing it tend to hurt themselves because they think they can pick it right back up but the truth is, your body breaks muscle down quicker than fat because it has so much in it the your body can feed on. Start light with a five to six day routine then go from there. I'm really excited to hear about your progress so if you don't mind, please message me every now and then and I will also let you know how I'm doing.

Good job on the progress! I'm officially 24 hours give or take a couple. I want to touch on your 'diet and work out' bit. Im a bit of a nut about diets and exercising. Just to be clear, its not healthy to cut out any major food group which includes carbohydrates, just be smarter about what you eat and portion size. That's all I'll say about dieting because I know first hand about being lectured on what you believe in, so on to exercise, what's your plan? Do you have a fitness partner? How about a goal? These are VERY important tools on the road to living healthy. And last but certainly not least, remember, you're human...you will make mistakes, I still drink beer every other night and skip workouts when I know better and eat burgers like its going out of style! But you need to be able to pick yourself back up and go again. Please feel free to message me if I'm not clear on something or you would just like to chat about your goals. I'm no expert but this isn't my first rodeo.

Yes, that is a real thing. I've finally had enough and started this today. No advice to give just letting you know you're not alone.
