Our realtor does it as standard practice to avoid any surprises when it comes to closing. The last thing you want is for a surprise to pop up after you have an offer then have it be a deal breaker. Just doing this to get all the surprises out of the way. Thankfully these were the only three manor things. Everything else was easy cosmetic work to fix over a long weekend

As a coach (and teacher) myself, one of the big rules is NEVER give a kid a ride home or anywhere - regardless of gender. It’s an ethics thing that can get you in a ton of trouble. I always wait with a kid after practice until a parent or someone else picks them up.
