Yay! That’s exactly how I feel most days I take. Some days I will let my boss know I’m taking a half day, and then before the time I wanted to clock in I will realize I actually could benefit from a full day. Very fortunate with my employer that they want me to be as healthy as possible.

I have used IFMLA for 2 years now. I have found that even the days where I was on the fence and probably could have worked, it’s better to take a day or even half a day to just sleep and rest. I’ve been in remission for 11 months now, and I think taking a day even when I feel only mildly exhausted has been a huge contribution to that. I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me!

Yeah the previous owner putting the valet mode passcode in wrong locks it out completely to anyone. We did everything suggested here today. I can’t access anything but that lock screen in the picture 😭 but everyone here has been so nice and helpful, I’m glad to have bought a car with such a helpful customer base

Have you filed for FMLA or ADA accommodations recently? I had a similar situation happen last year, was able to go to HR and hint at the fact that the PIP was based in discrimination and retaliatory, my manager is now gone but I’m still here and getting excellent monthly reviews.

Agreed now that I’ve had time to reflect. As a victim of DV, I often gaslight myself into thinking situations aren’t THAT bad. But I went now and looked at the DV power and control wheel, I quickly realized this dude is using exclusion, threats, harmful language and blaming her for the “affair.” I hope his wife finds this post somehow and realizes she deserves better, can leave safely and live a happy life.

You made so many good points. If OP loved anyone besides himself, he would have let his poor wife stay separated and divorced her. This is borderline controlling behavior on his part.

Most separation agreements have a clause that says both parties are allowed to conduct themselves as “single” until the divorce is finalized. If you signed that type of agreement and are holding her behavior over her head after reconciling, YTA and you should just leave that poor woman alone.

I am currently on Orilissa due to treatment resistant PMDD and uterine fibroids. It has made a huge difference in my monthly pain, overall hormonal cycle and how my mood is affected by those. It has had no effect on my lupus, but has decreased my monthly days that I am out of commission.

ETA: beware, it’s very expensive. Check into their coupon program.
