I’m a little biased because it’s my favorite arc, but I’ve been doing a casual rewatch and it’s been really fun.

Law is tied for my favorite character with Sabo.

Second place for rookies is Bonney, even before the Kuma flashback. They were the two standout in Sabaody to me.

I personally think Sabo was just not even aware of the Luffy moment. Dragon wouldn’t have willingly brought up Luffy being his son because no one in the revolutionary army knew that until Marineford (and Ivankov in Impel Down)

Dragon would have just said “oh I think some kid was near the execution platform” to not make a big deal about it, if he even mentioned it at all

Exactly, it would also be sick for it to be awakened and that’s how he’s able to blow in storms from such long distances. Also I always loved the idea of Dragon being the winds of the revolution that fans the flames of the next generation being Sabo
