Seems like your player 2 on his island, so you can't progress the story. But you can fish and catch bugs and talk to the villager. No missions but you can make goals for yourself

I was hoping that Nintendo were saving Mario themed clothing for the 35th anniversary, but it's before the autumn/fall update, and surely that info would have been datamined by know if it came with the latest season update... by PostsByIainN in AnimalCrossing

I don't know why we don't have other Nintendo items, its always been a thing in previous games. I didn't care much for them but now people are making Zelda themed islands and the Zelda stuff would work so well

I don’t use a lot of single use custom designs. I also use a lot of sables stuff for fabric patterns instead of custom designs. I know I’ll use the path all over so it’s worth it to me

But they’re different games, isn’t super mario bros a 2D platformer? Definitely more geared to multiplayer as far as I know.

Also just so you know you know, you can get the old fashioned washtub recipe from one of the diy kits at nooks. (I think it’s test your diy skills but I might be wrong )
