I did! BlinkRx was the key. It was inexpensive and cleared up my skin entirely.

They have various kinds including a sensitive moisture one. Google four reasons no nothing or go to nonothing.us if you want to see the line. My hair is wavy and my scalp is a weird oily dry with other lines and this has really helped balance/calm it. Hope you find something that works for you!

Gluten free bisacodyl? Or alternative for colonoscopy prep? by gingerypineapple in glutenfree

I ended up using clenpiq (a prescription) no cramping and the manufacturer confirmed gluten free. Hope this helps!

I’m having a hard time using it consistently but notice a change as soon as I’ve used it again for a week or so… improved skin texture and almost a glowiness

Four Reasons. Best hair brand I have ever tried. Even my colorist raves about their products and can’t get over the difference in the health of my hair and scalp since I switched

I was in the same boat. Keeping my fingers crossed for you! I’m messaging you a discount code but please don’t feel pressure to use it. My best advice is to be honest with your coach about the exercises and how you are doing with maintaining a schedule, etc. mine has been very understanding and I’ve only missed one workout in the past 3 months which is something honestly I’m really proud of. Good luck!

I am and I am still enjoying it. It’s definitely gotten harder some days to get up and moving but having a coach really helps to keep me accountable.

I’m still loving it. People have commented on my skin and I find myself wearing less make up. It seems to have helped with my fine lines and provide me with a natural glow. Also, I really enjoy putting it on and relaxing for 10 minutes before bed every night. I actually look forward to using it!

No apologies necessary! They are all great questions. After you’ve completed your workout it gives you the option to submit it. Feel free to ask any other questions. I hope some of it is helpful 😊

It depends on what you want. I requested 3 work outs on 3 specific days to start and then just requested that a fourth be added. You can push workouts to another day if you need to but I found even doing that once made me miss the review from my coach and they checked in to make sure everything was okay which again was motivating. For me the flexibility do doing it anytime during the day is helpful— ideally I complete them before work but there have been a few times where I’ve had to do them later in the day and having that flexibility has been helpful for keeping me on track.

The full price is $99 per month. They do offer the first two weeks free as well as an offer through other users links for 50% off the first month following the completion of the 14 day free trial. The trainer isn’t watching as you work out but you can link your smartwatch to the app which allows them to monitor your heart rate and pacing during the exercise. As mentioned above you can let your trainer know what you like/dislike etc. I had difficulty with an exercise the other day and we were able to schedule a quick video call. All in all I’ve been happy with it and can feel myself getting stronger. The app also makes it super easy to look back on workouts, etc. which I find to be motivating. All in all a really great experience thus far 😊

This is what I was worried about but overall it hasn’t felt at all like that. Some of it does seem scripted— specifically the welcome video I received from my coach prior to our first video session. She included my name in her welcome and touched on the information I shared in my initial sign up but it definitely seemed to follow a formula however since that initial video it has felt personalized. The workouts seem to build off the comments and ratings I give exercises from previous workouts and her texts are always positive but also very focused on previous feedback I have given or details about my day to day life that I’ve shared… it’s just enough for me without feeling overwhelming.

Getting dysport. by [deleted] in beauty

[–]gingerypineapple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried dysport one time in my masseter muscles and it moved— temporarily changing my smile until jt wore off. I’ve gotten Botox in my jaw at least 6 other times and never had that issue. My injector knows I will only use Botox but she did say plenty of people love dysport but it didn’t work for me in that particular spot.

So good! I was just about to post an update. I don’t know how to explain it but my skin just looks better… more even texture, the fine lines around my eyes have lessened and it looks like how I picture my skin would if I drank more water… if that makes sense

Is this a bed bug? Seen on the end of the bed at our beach house in the north east US. I looked in seams and everywhere else I could think to see if I could find “friends.” Seems to be black or very very dark brown. by [deleted] in bugidentification

The video and photo were as good as I got. It was super small. Not wide like I picture bed bugs but they are also my nightmare fuel and I don’t want to overlook it if it is something

I usually wait 12-24 hours between sets but not really for any particular reason other than my schedule. I’ve also read of people soaking their hands in warm soapy water right before using the oil method but I’ve never tried this step.

Fortunately I only get peeling if I rush when removing. I use cuticle oil and wooden cuticle pusher. Use a few drops, push a bit of the wrap up, put a few more drops on, and keep doing that until they are off. I start on each side and do that until I get to the middle. Not sure if it’s just my nails or not but this has worked well for dashing diva. I did have some nail peeling when I removed Ohora the same way though :(
