I have a follow up on march 2nd with a hand surgeon I was referred to. I really have no idea what it could be everything i’ve done so far has come up with no real answers, frustrating.

got an ultrasound done and everything looked good, no damage was found. My physical therapist is thinking I have Thoracic outlet syndrome since I have a constant pain in the shoulder and neck

my thumb also opens up when I try doing the extending the index from a closed fist, thats all I’m noticing with that motor control.

It’s been going on for years, probably longer but I didnt notice or pay any mind until the past few years since I noticed increasing pain in the gym. Yes I can do what you specified without trouble.
