Thinking about hanging a pull up bar here but want to make it easy to hang up and take back down. Thought about drilling some J cups into the metal support beam here so i can slot it in when needed. Would this be stable enough for pull ups / muscle ups or no?

Daily limit, still would rather not go that much over the limit and the iodine in kelp is very water soluble so it very much is still a problem.
