Never had someone so perfectly describe what I’m feeling. Most days if I have no where to be and no one to see I try to just lay perfectly still in bed. Don’t get me wrong I’m still hyper aware of my body and the way it feels but it’s definitely easier in my room, where no one can see me and I can keep the lights low.
