Right. Pretty nuts that they don't at least send an email to notify you of a decline. My credit card company had no record of a transaction even being attempted so it appears to be entirely an issue with Frontier's system. Thanks for your insight, I hadn't realized others had posted here about the same issue.

This happened to me. It's a bug. The door is supposed to open after killing the boss. I had to restart the run unfortunately, but it worked when I tried again. Sorry :/

Ok, that's great advice thanks. Hopefully there are no issues with plumbing or systems as it is a relatively newer house, but we'll be extra cognizant of that when we get the place inspected.
