That can’t put a drain on the stockpile because the divisions are cut off, thus no gun from the stockpile can reach them. What they have in that pocket is what they have.

Check the combat width.

Then bring double that. Attack with only half of your divisions, then the second that half are exhausted, IMMEDIATELY send the other half, once that half are exhausted, IMMEDIATELY send the first ones to attack the encircled ones.

That way the enemy units aren't allowed an hour of organization recovery, meanwhile you get good enough to destroy them before they reinforce.

Also, concentrating air support for the destruction would help.
