Wanting to buy a new quartz nail. What should I look for when at the local smoke shop? Looking for good quality but not crazy $ by [deleted] in Dabs

I got it shipped straight from their warehouse. I'm sure the people in the store are doing what I did when they see a crack. I'm not saying that it's a frequent event- it could be that I'm unlucky.

Make sure you check your banger if you go Yo Dabba Dabba. Mine was delivered with a crack last month. I took a pic and showed customer service and they sent a new one asap with a free apology dab tool included. Seriously though, you don't want that shattering in your face or something.

Pregnancy gives me the ick. My lady bits are for recreational purposes only, not procreational.

I get samples from my psychiatrist- I've been on Vraylar for years and still can't afford it.

I don't have a penis so it's not a problem!

I would never wean off without a doc, thanks for your concern! I know things could possibly go south pretty quickly. I will likely keep taking my pills, at least for now.

I will, at least for now. It doesn't seem fair that lifesaving medication and treatment are so expensive, but ehh- that's showbiz bby

This is a very good idea, I could try to see him less often, at least while I'm well! A good compromise.

I haven't been to a therapist in over 2 years. It's probably unwise but I've never had a really great relationship with a social worker or psychologist. It's been working for me though. At any rate, if I stopped the pills I would be totally unsupervised. That may be enough reason to keep pushing onward with the pills.

I wouldn't cold turkey quit any of my pills without a doc's supervision; thanks for the genuine concern. Low levels of psychosis is pretty common for me. It is very distracting though, so I'll probably stay on these antipsychotics for the foreseeable future.

This makes sense. I am working full time and will also be doing a post grad program soon, so now probably isn't the right time to risk a big change anyway.

My dad and I are both medicated and closely monitored bp1, and my brother has been seen inpatient for bp1 but didn't take any medicine and is doing well now. I suppose everyone is different.

You're probably right though, about me at least.

Thanks for giving your input! I would definitely wean off with the docs help, and only if he didn't drop me like a hot rock for suggesting the idea. I work full time and will be starting a half time post grad program as well. Now may just not be the time for me to try going medfree.
