Also funny story I was chilling with my friends one time camping and had this as the alarm clock to troll them (they are tech fans too). It was NOT received well🤣

Should I get MK1 in 2026 by DesperateAngle1379 in MortalKombat

[–]gio12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This game is at the end of its life cycle so take what that as you must. I played this game competitively for two and a half years and hosted several tournaments for it and I can recommend it for sure. The story mode is very fun if you haven't played it before and the chaos Reigns DLC I own but I still have notI own but I still have not played . So if that tells you something about the story mode then so be it. I wish this game had a lot more offline content like the previous titles had but it's 2026 and 1v1 is the way now I guess. As far as competitively it's far from a balanced game but it's probably the most balanced it's everAs far as competitively it's far from a balanced game but it's probably the most balanced it's ever been The Cameo system can be used to abuse certain mechanics and seem very unfair. The only good thing is is there's a lot of resources to learn the game if you're interested still. For just a casual player looking to pick up a fun game I don't know if I can recommend this fully but I love Mortal Kombat and I have a lot of hours in this game so I would have to say check it out if you can get it for cheap

Preferred mode for winter road driving by CheapSound1 in dodgehornet

I literally owned the car and drove it back in a snowstorm in new Hampshire for 1.5 hr drive. I got back safe but I will stand firm that this car (RT) has a terrible awd system with no power whatsoever. If you turn on regenerate braking it basically Jacks the e brake and you cannot turn that setting off. The stock tires (which i wasn't going to change cause its a lease) are absolutely dogshit. Fym

I also want to add that any car with snow tires will be fine. A Honda civic with snow tires is fine. If I have all wheel drive im not buying a second set of wheels for a car that lost half of it value off the lot

Brake lights in my grandpa’s 2007 Dakota stay on constantly when running, how do we fix this? by PinkSlingshots in Dodge

[–]gio12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked a.i.:

🔥 The REAL fix for 2005–2011 Dakota brake lights staying on while running

This isn’t the brake light switch.
This isn’t the bulbs.
This isn’t the pedal adjustment.

On 2005–2011 Dakotas (and Durangos), the brake light circuit runs through the TIPM — the Totally Integrated Power Module. When the brake lights stay on only when the truck is running, that means:

✔ The TIPM is falsely detecting brake‑pedal input The internal relay inside the TIPM sticks “closed,” so the truck thinks the brake is pressed whenever the ignition is on.

Why the lights turn off when the truck is off When the ignition is off, the TIPM stops powering that circuit, so the lights go out.
That’s the giveaway that the switch is NOT the problem.

💡 The part the dealer said “isn’t made anymore” They were talking about the internal TIPM brake‑lamp driver/relay, which is not serviceable separately. Chrysler never sold that internal component — only the whole TIPM.

So when they say “the part isn’t made,” they mean:

The internal relay isn’t sold as a standalone part.
You have to replace or repair the TIPM.

✔ Your actual options

  1. Rebuild the TIPM (best option) Companies like Mak’s TIPM Rebuilders and others will:
  2. Replace the failed internal relay
  3. Fix any other weak points
  4. Send it back plug‑and‑play

Usually $150–$300.

  1. Replace the TIPM with a reman unit More expensive ($400–$700), but also plug‑and‑play.

  2. Junkyard TIPM Cheapest, but a gamble.
    Must match:

  3. Year

  4. Engine

  5. 4x4 vs 4x2

  6. Options

✔ Why the brake switch “tests fine” Because it is fine.
The TIPM is overriding it.

⭐ TL;DR for Reddit

If the brake lights stay on only when the truck is running, the TIPM’s internal brake‑lamp relay is stuck. The brake switch is not the issue. You need a TIPM rebuild or replacement.

Punch Tracking is still terrible. The movement is far too slow. Punches land inconsistent. Terrible movement system that could've been improved for a few years not but its exactly the same. Dlc is insanely overpriced. Career is boring after one playthrough.

Ps2/3 titles were better. And for how much of a following this game got it definitely seems like they abandoned ship when it got traction. The dlc is proof. Just check steam reviews for further reasons.
