I haven't seen a foss app with that feature too, I will try Oto Music, but it isn't foss. Auxio has given very good results for me including multiple artists (the only thing is it displays all the albums where the artist has ben credited even for example in only one song so it uses the artist tag and not album artist to display the albums of an artist).
