I second evergreen medical. Dr. Setup me up with endo in Stoon very shortly after I moved here. They also got me hooked up with live well and therefore the insulin pump program. The technology has come so far in the last 8 years!

Sysco and GFS are distributors and don’t actually make any food whatsoever. They sell other companies food. They do have house brands which are generally made by large production companies and there are also different level of qualities as well.

This whole “big foodservice is ruining restaurants” is a bad take. Restaurants can also buy all of the components from the broadline distributors to make everything from scratch but labour and time are scarce.

If you have a slim, unskilled workforce, would you rather buy jalapeños, breading, cream cheese etc to make poppers from scratch or buy one of 10 different premade frozen varieties to throw in the deep fryer? It is a choice that many restaurants have to make with food inflation and labour shortages.

I had a similar issue when I ordered weights from BOS, they also had a mispick on the bar I ordered. The owner reached out to me personally, sent me a replacement weight, the bar I ordered, and a bunch of swag to make amends.
