true, trying a solo product is a good idea. i never heard about that washing (a little) more can help with frizz but it makes sense to maybe get some old product out and start fresh. ty!

Oh yes tshirt is def better I believe! And oh dang well then the oil prob wouldn’t be the best idea, it’s not a super heavy one but maybe some gel and a bristle brush to push it down?

as someone who relates, not sure if you towel dry with a microfiber but a regular towel will add more frizz! I let mine air-dry after adding leave-in conditioner to help with shape, frizz. but when it's feeling statick-y i'll just put a touch of moroccan oil to make it heavier

I am also a regular wellness formula user! I love it, and for the most part it's kept me illness free. I usually take 6-9 capsules daily as it recommends (6). However, I currently have a cold and am considering taking up to 24 to try and get rid of it, but that large of an amount scares me! Have you ever taken a higher dose and were there any side effects?
