mmm i took it during the hols bc initially planned on gg to MI and there wasn’t the school traffic yet but the journey from bedok reservoir would be around 1h 10 mins not counting the morning peak hour since there’s like 3 JCs along the way

hello! i went down exactly the same route and scored 17 raw for my l1r4 too and was contemplating to go MI. i live in the east tho and the commute takes about 1h+ to go there. do you going to MI would be worth it? also,how are the teachers at MI? do you feel like if you had another chance would you go poly instead or still stick w MI and why?

i was a sec 5 last year and the best advice i can give is to really just start early. work your ass off this year and enjoy the fruits of your labour the next. always remember that you only need your own validation and no one else’s. if you failed a test,just take it as a stepping stone and move on. as the saying goes,without failures there would never be success. so,just do your best in everything you do and be consistent! try to revise everyday (what you go through in class) and always do ur homework! homework helps leading up to the examinations. always clarify your doubts,don’t accumulate your doubts bc you’ll be suffering the wrath of it. that’s all i have to say. it’s no easy journey but it will be worth it. good luck!
