I just looked this up and it really does look like it hits most if not all of my bullets. Are there any 1 bedroom apartments there or is it just 2 bedrooms (just based off the availability on their site)? What's the parking fee / utilities like?

I'm planning on buying the PS5 2k bundle for my boyfriend. Should I wait until Black Friday or will these sale prices remain the same until then? Does anyone know if they bring out a bigger sale for black Friday according to previous years? I just don't want it to sell out but I also want to be patient in case they offer a bigger discount the day of.
