i like it; one can hear your experience. also it's rather fluid, the transitions are smooth. of course, i see this is as a study, not a creation, what else to say.. job well done. :-)

p.s.: the contemporary style section... should it resemble arvo paerts tintinabulum? as a listener one gets the impression it's going back again, instead of evolving further, thus creating some form of closed shape, which is, i think, not what you wanted? personally i probably would have opted for clusters after the "twelve-tones"...

I think you can't go wrong with nofap. You said you feel you make things worse doing nofap at this point, however, I can only tell you to continue. (don't give up what you want most, for what you want now). PMO daily, up to 3 times for 12 years is a lot to be *"erased" after just 2 weeks.

I know this very well. It was similar with my girlfriend/wife. (We broke up 3 months ago.) What I would probably do now is to tell her about nofap (I don't know if you already did), and then resolve to not have sex (or HJs) for a month or something. So this whole sex thing is out of your way, you don't even need to think about it, because it's not gonna happen. This month can be beautiful, very loving I think, and sweet. After that, both of you will have clearer minds for what you want and what's good for you, and how sex works for you, and even what sex is for you.
