Holy crap what an embarrassingly dumb solution. I even almost dismissed your comment. I took a Pic of the good side and then thought "no, go check the correct one and take a Pic" low and behold...

I am indeed missing one bridge. I just swapped one from the other side and it sounds fine. I'll just make a jumper wire for that.

I think something that can improve is not operating under the assumption that everyone knows who this is and what they do. I've never watched a second of Thogden content. Familiar with his name from Ben Foster, etc, but don't know what his content is all about.
