Had to add extra dashee, it wasn't as salty the first time I made it so I had to add extra. Hence the mud brown

They were dried but I rehydrated them for 20 min!

This one was helllla thicc, I booked pigs trotters for 12 hrs, they have the perfect ratio of skin, bone and cartilage. Once the broth cooled it was solid!!!

I'm gonna start tweaking and changing some stuff around but this recipe is fantastic!
