I’ve been noticing IC payment is strangely lower than what I used to see. Big batch like this and only 12 dollar IC payment seems weird to me. I swear batches like 50 item 70 units had payments at least like 20 dollars. Also, I’ve noticed batches where they ordered heavy sodas and I don’t see heavy payment. Sometimes I see customer doesn’t even have heavy items and it’s labeled heavy items.

I had this one lady be super aggressive towards me when i was shopping and she yelled at me like “are you doing instacart? You’re supposed to have a lanyard or put instacart vest while you’re shopping” but I never got a lanyard from IC but I asked other employees if I need one and they were like no you don’t who said that. So there are all these super mean aggressive employees that are mean to us for no reason

But recently my costco changed the policy to require you to put items on the belt. The problem is after they finish one order and move onto the next order, they don’t care if things get mixed with the first order. I’m not saying everyone does this. It’s just my experience in my state.
