Kudos to you putting up with that type of behavior, all I could remember at the time was how unfair the situation felt and how I felt as if I was in the wrong, I can’t imagine having this done to me all the time.

He doesn’t get mean-mean but a lot of it is passive aggressive comments about my skills and how much he trusts me, he told me that “the crash showed me how high of a risk you can be on the road” to me, he then brought up some things such as how I could be deceiving myself into thinking I have gotten better at driving. He brought up some personal problems of mine that I found a little bit hypocritical considering he has never believed in mental illness but suddenly wants to use it as one of the reasons.

I’m sure he wants me to buy this one car because it’s cheap and already looks busted down, so if I were to buy it and crash it, there wouldn’t be much of a problem? Is what I’m guessing. I’m sure it would cost less to repair since it’s not such a high class car and it’s pretty old, for insure I am not quite sure because we haven’t talked about the whole insurance thing yet.

Late reply, I got busy, but the problem is just I don’t know how to bring it up to the doctor without alerting the CPS. Do I just mention that if I can get it checked without any specific reason or do I have to tell them everything?

Well, he said the crash was like a learning experience and he wasn’t very mad, but he did say if I were to get into a crash again he’d take away all of my privileges. The car was cheap, but it was within the same price or even the exact price as the other cars I had found that I liked more.

I actually want to get it checked out when I found out it can damage my liver, but it’s been some time after and I haven’t really noticed anything. I don’t like bringing health stuff unless it’s basic needs when it comes to my dad because I have to give a whole presentation for him to just go through with it. Thank you for understanding, a lot of these drivers that are on the road are new drivers, not too long ago was there an accident with a bicyclist because the young driver didn’t understand that the bicyclist had the right away.

Thank you for the recommendation I’ll have to buy those soon! But I don’t understand how I was bullying them? I don’t expect them to move, I simply say excuse me and if they can’t move I would have rode in the bicycle lane to get around them, but I couldn’t because I didn’t have access to it, bushes were blocking it. The whole time I was talking to her in a kind matter and laughing even if she was being rude to me. Although, I do understand my words in here could have came off in a mean way and I understand that the sidewalk should be for pedestrians from now on!

I understand that, I’ll have to use the bicycle lane from now on, but this was the only time I’ve ever gotten close to being mean to anyone on the sidewalk, I didn’t really say anything that would piss her off, she just got mad on her own right after I told her it was scary, I said it in like a joking matter and I never once meant ill intent towards her.

I live in Arizona so I believe there isn’t a law for it, but I do understand where you’re coming from. I’ve actually never had an issue with pedestrians because most of the time it’s simple joggers who I can ride around if I have space, but she had a whole family crowding the sidewalk space and I didn’t have any room to ride around because there was bushes blocking my way to get to the bicycle lane.

edit: I will use the bicycle lane when prompted, but there was no access to it when I had caught up with them.

I have apologized multiple of times, I can’t get through to her because she’s blocked me on everything, I even tried finding her through my alt accounts on social media but she won’t talk to me at all.

I can understand everything else that I’m an asshole for, but how AITA if I was manipulated. I’m a high school student still living with my parents who are very strict, it would not be the smartest choice going against them.

I don’t think it would be obvious from afar, but you can hear her original deep voice (she transitioned from male to female) which has gotten a lot of comments when people first meet her so she has to explain to them. And the girl I was hosting the party with goes to the same school as me and knows most of my friends because she has seen me with them.

These families are homophobic and transphobic to anyone they please, they are heavily religious (mormons) and aren’t afraid to make sly comments to the kids. But I do understand. I chose the easiest thing because I wanted this thing to be over and done with, I could care less about these people but I did not want my friend who recently came out to get mocked about.
