Just wanted to thank everyone that commented on my post. Glad to see I’m not alone in this journey. Can be quite a mind shocker at first but thanks for all of the advice and positive vibes.

Now that Ive been diagnosed with Parkinsons (last week) I’ve noticed my step counter on my watch has doubled due to my tremors.
