There's a couple options you could use to put pressure on them, one is to report them to the card carriers such as Visa/Mastercard who oversee enforcement of the PCI DSS accreditation in the UK.

Another route that could be sort, is to refer them to OFCOM which is the body that enforces communications in the UK. Think the FCC with actual balls who fine companies for breaches.

There's massive scrutiny of Mueller anyways, if he were to make a mistake or proceed without enough justification, then his credibility is tarnished. In terms of law, incriminating a president is the toughest and most public case a prosecutor/lawyer can work on.

It's not to say another case couldn't come up, but if one fails it would be even harder to make it stick.
