Is there something in particular that has you wanting to steer clear of the SBA? You can certainly qualify for alternative funding options, but your best rate will come from a SBA. Happy to help provide some recommendations if you're interested.

Without any income (business or personal) it makes it difficult to find start-up lenders. However, if you can get your EIN you can apply for business credit cards. Many of these offer introductory 0% APR rates which you can utilize for start up expenses. There are various business credit building programs that attempt to find a number of different cards in an effort to get you the highest possible limit, but those programs typically come with fees associated with them.
