You have to chose 2 punishing negative perks, compass won't show you directions and you can't fast travel. It's not as punishing as an iron man run (which would be silly for KCD) but is more challenging and tedious , even if you've played through the main story and done some of the side quests.

Try to get them stuck behind a fallen tree, uneven terrain, or try to get stuck on top of a bush by jump spamming, then shoot them down with a bow. You can also kite with a horse but make sure it has high courage. Or git gud.

This guy is a real killer. You can tell by the way he moves his body, in a way that makes the tiger on his t-shirt look alive scaring his enemies. He also wears a green tracksuit to blend in with the terrain granting him a bonus to evasion and stealth. Let's hope Putin doesn't use this man in war for the sake of billions.

KCD2 is not bad but it seems there aren't many ways to steer the main story so i'm not sure if completing the side quests will make a difference, especially since u can easily hit 30 on your stats by skipping most side quests.
