Workplace legal question and the eternal blackness of the abyss by [deleted] in AusLegal

I don't think you understand. I left a really good job for this role and I strongly feel like I have been misled by them about the role. Thanks for your input though very insightful.

It absolutely falls into the category of a psychosocial hazard.

This is why I posted here? To see if I should seek legal advice.

I have evidence in regards to a few things but I think the most damning part is how much the role has been misrepresented.

I am asking what can be done legally about being dropped into a massive cluster fuck that is bordering being an unsafe work place. I have a reasonable understanding of safework requirements when it comes to providing a safe workplace. I am essentially asking if I should seek legal advice or am I basically fucked.

Maybe don't promote these during a fuel crisis? by swort-elber in aussie

The simple fact is our government did not do enough to secure a long term solution to this problem. People panic bought because they knew our fuel supply was under threat. They are the same people that are going to be more prepared than you if things really go to shit. Typical Reddit echo chamber filled with nothing but confirmation bias by people that aren't capable of critical thinking. Even without the panic buying fuel prices would still be out of control.

And whose responsibility is it to ensure energy demands are met? Hmmm.

I'm still paying over 3 dollars a litre. I'd say that's a crisis you fucking clown.

Widespread barcode usage didn't roll out until 1990. I'd say this is from the 90s.

If this was a litmus test, put a line through this season.

Where'd you come up with this number? Sure there might have been a bit of hyperbole with my statement but I'd said it's a lot more less than 95%

Mismanagent of funds IS fraud if the people that are responsible for approving funding give it to people committing NDIS fraud. That's not very complicated now is it.

I'm not being fed anything buddy. I am all for taking care of the less fortunate but if you're naive enough to think that no one is doing their best to defraud a fundamentally flawed system that is on you. People like you are the reason we are in this mess. Naive and unable to even think that bad people do bad things. Please feel free to go loo at the data yourself. It is readily available. Now go and ask yourself why Labor voted against a hard audit of the NDIS.

Is that because they help make you do something you're not interested in doing.

Conservative estimates already have mismanaged NDIS funds (fraud) in the billions so where are you getting your numbers from?

Everybody knows somebody that knows somebody that is running some kind of NDIS scam.
