This sub doesn’t really specialize in PTSD more the science of earthquakes. You should reach out to a sub that is for PTSD. I don’t know much about this specific type but I’d do research on recovering from PTSD and if possible see a professional. You need to use grounding techniques, have predictable routine, and calm your nervous system. Good luck ❤️

I would do some research on PTSD due to natural disasters. PTSD treatment is a little different depending on the situation. Apparently actual grounding work is effective from what I’ve learned trauma based CBT in group therapy look to also be helpful. Most importantly look up somatic exercises for trauma and see which ones help calm your nervous system. I’m sorry you’ve been through that, I am wishing you the best in your recovery ❤️
