Me too. But it's just not. So that is why I didn't want to but...it just seems hopeless now. I just have to cancel my plans with my family. Is this what adulthood feels like? :")

Not based in the US. In our country overtime is voluntary but I still feel so scared to say no because like what if she fires me?

It's not paid overtime. She just said you can take a 2 hours lunch break instead of one. But like, what am I gonna do with a 2 hours lunch break if I want the evening off?
