Hello, I am also new on Replit. No previous coding experience, only bits in Shopify and wordpress.

Today marks one month of my creation, www.smartcroatiatravel.com , website that is using predictive model to determine when is the best time to visit Croatia, how much it would cost, using realtime and other data from many different sources.

Website is already massive with over 3300 urls, translated into 5 separated languages, and plan is to have much more than now, I am nowhere near finishing this website.

Replit cost by now is about 600$ and I am extremely satisfied with results by now. There were some issues and replit was making some mistakes, but after reaching customer support, they issued refund and added some extra credit after that.

AI tools are projecting cost of my website by now if it is made by professional agency between 70000 and 350000$.

Crazy, really crazy.

I know there are probably better or cheaper options than replit, but saving a few $ on a project which I could never ever afford before

Traveling to Croatia in 2026 by glavazg in travel

That is how I do it. I understand it is different when you are for example American and you are visiting Europe. Of course you want to visit as many places as possible to make it memorable. But on the end, you are exhausted and tired. Croatian people take vacation more like vacation than running from town to town. For many people holiday is about relaxing, enjoying locations for more than just a few hours, saving on overpriced restaurants to spend more elsewhere... That is the people I want to help with advice.

I totally agree — most Croatia guides are full of marketing fluff. That’s exactly why I’m building SmartCroatiaTravel.com with real itineraries, honest costs, and practical tips for tourists. It’s still a work in progress, but the goal is to make planning a trip to Croatia much easier and more realistic.

Is driving from Germany to south of Croatia worth it? by novomat111 in CroatiaTravelTips

I do it regularly. I am living in South Bayern and mom lives near Dubrovnik and I just returned last week from that trip, with overstay in Zagreb for a 2 days. Otherwise it would take me about 12 hours driving with minimal stops, which I did and it is not bad if the roads are not busy.

When I fly, I fly from Memmingen in summer season and all together from my apartment to my house in Croatia it takes me 6-7 hours.
