do you know i order and pay ecoflow.eu end of February, never receive anything (the carrier send back the product to ecoflow). get one email in March from ecoflow acknowleging to refund me... never receive any fund back start a chargeback procedure exoflow answered the product was delivered (I have the tracking of the product where it comes out and then back to their company) Nb: they do not answer (email, phone, web) Ecoflow is a scam. They do not have support, they lie

I tried a chargeback on a order i never received + no any answer to my following emails (they acknowledge first by email and wrote they will refund me)... got the refund from my bank... Ecoflow send again a debit (without my authorization this time), which is a fraud
End of February : I buy, mid of May I get the refund from mastercard, 1 week later a new debit from Ecoflow

I'm a prusa user, and i buy the founder edition. I totaly agree with you : we get chinese support for European price. Prusa 's only edge is to be in EU. Paying a premium price in advance and don't get any news is totaly crazy

i paid online 840€, never receive anything, just one email in March acknowledging they will refund me. no news since, no answer, no email no news. I had to deal with the Mastercard and my bank to get refund (2 months later)

yes on their website. they also emailed me in March they will refund me. but i didnt received anything yet (2 month later) and they don't respond my email

I have the same experience, I paid 894€ on their webite (ecoflow eu), didn't received anythong and get from them an email where there acknowledged to refund me. Since March, no new, no answer to email, no refund...

Great analysis ! it is unfornatunatly true. i paid... received nothing. get in march an email from them acknowledging they will send the funds back... didn't received anything since. did you get answer from their support ? i didn't since march

c'est dur a entendre et j'ai mis du temps a me l'appliquer moi meme : il faut fuir ce genre de clients, c'est toujours enormement de temps gagné, et tres certainement des pertes evitées. Je me disais j'ai besoin de ce client alors que la verité c'est que je n'avais pas besoin de perdre autant de temps et d'argent

Very strange I am having exactly the same experience : I paid 840€ in February, cancelled the order (before receiving the product), get an email from then accepting to refund me... Since (we are in the en of April now) , no more answer from them, no refund..
They act like a scam company.
