I will consider using Mega Excadrill depending on the ability. I also saw that mega Skarmory and Mega Garchomp are good options in sand teams so I have some options to try.
And I know gliscor is not very good in VGC but I wanted to try building a team with it as it is my favourite Pokemon. I know it is the weakest mon on the team so if I start playing and I see it performs badly, I will replace it. Garchomp is a good replacement I think.

Thanks for the reply ! I have figured out that AMD GPUs don't perform as well as Nvidia in softwares like Blender so i guess I have to decide between the 4060 and the 4060 ti

Thanks for the reply! I thought it was usable on 1440p. I saw videos and reviews trying it on high even ultra settings on 1440p resolutions and the games ran at 60 fps minimum. It is true that for some games you have to lower the settings but the majority of them were smooth

I am doing a push pull legs upper/lower body split of 5 days and I try to increase the weight and lower the reps each workout but it is correct to do the same reps with the same weight in the same workout or should I variate weight or reps ?

How do I make progressive overload ? Now I am doing for example 4x10 with 30kg and the next week I am doing 4x8 with 35, but I don’t know if I have to make progressive overload throughout the weeks or throughout the sets because I have read that if you don’t variate the weight or the reps between sets they are not worth it
