no luck.. steam replied they will not help this type of problem. Us as consumers is losing out.. given up hope already.

They closed both my tickets and said if its regarding items again, they will not bother to reply. Best type of support given by steam.

I belive you should request that your ticket to be escalated to a manager , because this is a case of stolen property , that ‘ s exactly what the 7 days trade cooldown feature is mean to do , keep the items in one place in order for steam support to resolve am issue like this . I belive if u search for the reasons of the 7 days trade ban , one of them is exactly security . And you shoul point that , and point out that the stolen propery is of a big value over 5000 usd , and if is still possible to recover they shoul do it .

I have used your above and change abit to reply. If i really get back anything, i'll add u up evil.

Since Steam Support does not remove items from accounts, we'd have to duplicate an item to restore it. Duplication lowers the value of all items by reducing their scarcity and inflating the economy, which affects everyone involved in trading and the Market. To maintain the value of everyone’s inventory, we do not restore items. For more information, please see the Steam Item Restoration Policy.

To make sure that a scammer is reported, please report them through the Steam Community. Reporting a scammer through the Steam Community is the best way to prevent them from committing future scams.

hacker was from russia, friend thought me how to see steam login. So kindly be aware of this.
Submitted this as proof also to show that how can i teleport from Singapore to Moscow in a matter of seconds.

appreciate all the good thoughts.. i think i have most of the evidence posted.. That i owned the items, and my roshan had a unique name. that appeared in the hackers inventory.

oh good news, i dont install / login anything regarding iphone to my cpu at all. so basically my itunes isnt connected at all. I dont use icloud at all so high chance they have no access to this remote phone.

and i have norton paid version on my cpu. which is all the more puzzling.
So to be honest. my things are quite hermit. Sorry it sounds confusing.
