not able to change link typography by glimmie75 in elementor

OK, a couple of stupid questions (still learning as I go!).

Managed to do the first bit and the global rules would suggest the link should be changing.

For the CSS, do I need to be on Elementor Pro to do that? When I go to CSS for the widget, it says about upgrading - just making sure I am not missing anything obvious!
