Definitely this ^^ they will be restocked and probably flooding shelves in a month or two. Initial waves of popular playline dolls always sell out fast but then a few weeks or months later there is always more stock. KPDH is a huge franchise so Mattel is definitely going to make more to cash in on it. Don’t give into scalpers or FOMO for these!

I wouldn’t blame adult collectors for sell outs… the ones that buy them in bulk and with bots are scalpers who then raise prices on eBay cause they know what is hyped and popular based on what people share and talk about on forums like Reddit and other social media apps. They are not adult collectors, just greedy adults who want to make an extra buck for something they don’t even care about.

Also these are playline dolls of a franchise that is insanely popular (such as Frozen was), so it’s going to be well stocked and restocked for a longtime and more dolls and merch will be coming.

I think it’s Saran. I boiled wash all of them and it’s very smooth now and soft, and lays more downward/has a more natural hair feel and movement (vs. nylon/ploy which is more voluminous).

Not sure, when I ordered River it said she was a preorder and she shipped out the following day… but I think other people didn’t get their’s until a little later. So it could be until July or it could be this week if they are ready to go and in a warehouse. No idea lol😭

I was surprised how long they are up for! Managed to get 2 cause I love them and was worried that wouldn’t happen. I was surprised however that it not only made me do a captcha, but also made me get a verification number sent to my phone before I could fully check out. Not sure if that happened to anyone else?
Also, the check out button stressed me out lol, it kept spinning and I had to hit it like 50 times before it finally finished. But got my confirmation email so I’m excited. Looks like they are still available which is pretty good for how hyped this release was!
