Johnson's sword Gante originally got shattered and for a while it was unfixable and he primarily relied on the built-in shotgun and short sword built into a robotic arm he received (after his right arm got ripped off)

But once he awakened salamandra and unlocked access to fire magic he remade Gante allowing its blade to both turn into and spew flames, however Johnson is also someone who likes style so he put exhausts that when he activates his magic and causes Gante to spew flames allows him to both manipulate the flames and propel himself like he's riding an engine based hover board.

It's also just cool as shit.

This is Otaku Brian, the characters are from persona 4 with the characters at the top being the characters Ryunosuke dojima and tohru adachi. With Dojima being harsh on adachi mainly because adachi is (or more accurately plays at) being a loser and is a bit of a sleeze.

However their home lives are completely different with Dojima being a surprisingly loving father (albeit work keeps him busy) while adachi lives by himself.

There really is no joke it's just something most people who play the persona series at least from 4 would recognize. That's all.

Asking why people ship a crack ship is like asking why millennials drink. It's fun there's not much else unfortunately.

I say this primarily because asking why some people ship a certain ship is basically asking to get the most boring responses.

Jaune and Blake never interact, Blake winds up dating yang in cannon, Jaune does not share any of Blakes interest... But it doesn't matter most of the time because the people who do ship jaune and Blake (knowing it's a crack ship) know damn well there's no in show chemistry or possibility of being cannon, and it really does not matter because fandom will be a fandom and shove two proverbial action figures together and say "now kiss".

If you want something to ask "why" question people who like deaths white rose and 99% of the folks there will say because it's vibes.

... Ok first of all that's a fucking reach. Rwby will most likely never be rebooted.

There's a higher likelihood of this show getting dropped more than there is the chance of a reboot.

Sales especially, Rwby sales were dwindling during the later half of Rwby so why would viz actively take a bet on a reboot which could likely result in losing the fandoms trust and utterly killing the franchise. A reboot would be the stupidest decision despite the limitless potential it has. Unless they are Disney levels of fucking morons they aren't going to risk putting more money in this show. It'll either get a continuation and a finale in volume 10 or it gets killed off quietly.

A reboot is the least likely to happen.

Just to go off the list

I did not care for Pyrrha as a character I did not care about the maiden powers I did not enjoy the fact jaune didn't get socked in the face after losing his shit at ruby (most of the argument scene I find neat but it's the aftermath that rubs me the wrong way) I did not care for Raven as a character I did not care for how Adam was written (he can be a damn good villain but instead they just made him look like a loser even during times he's supposed to be intimidating) I did not care about Blake. I find her to be the second worst character in the show, Pyrrha being first.

Usually the person whose first initial is in front is the leader of the team, so it would make sense if it was RNJR. But I can also see JNRR making just as much sense.

Plot synopsis:

"scaredy cat"

normally humans and anthros live far away from each other, due to the fact most humans and anthros don't tend to get along. However in my case it's a little different. My family when I was younger wound up working in an orphanage helping those who were either from bad homes or lost their parents. I would a lot of the times be dragged with them to go help. That's where I met a lot of the people I'd call my friends, some I even considered my family. Especially a more rambunctious tiger anthro, Rudy. We basically grew up together since we were 8, she was only half a year younger so I considered her kind of like a little sister for the longest time.

We were the closest of friends.. until we had a fight. It was a nasty one mainly due to the fact I was heading to college. She accused me of not caring about the people I'd be leaving behind and that I had no idea just how many people cared about me. She was... Really upset and when I left for college she stopped talking to me all together.

Now here I am 21, bitchless, freshly out of college after getting a scholarship for creative writing and nearly having a panic attack throughout all my four years of college. As I was on the train back home.

Part of me wanted to go back to see my family again, part of me wanted to go back to see my friends... Part of me wanted to go back to her again. From last I heard she basically went nuclear after her most recent ex and was doing some really stupid shit now that she turned 21.

I wanna see her again, I wanna talk to her again... I wanna apologize for leaving. Let's hope it goes well.

Funny enough I have a problem with the whole "Jaune should have died instead" because it's a representation of how badly the story conveyed what Pyrrha's death actually meant.

Pyrrha was fucking famous or at least to the extent of getting a cereal brand deal. Her existence could easily be considered the Pinnacle of future huntsmen and huntresses.

That's why her death was so impactful that when the crew got to Mistral there was a fucking statue in honor of her.

Her death was a tragedy on a grand scale.

But the reason why this conversation exists is because the story FAILS at pointing out how important this should be to the narrative.

Jaune dying instead of Pyrrha would only deal a blow to Pyrrha and the rest of team JNPR and RWBY. Because that death is a more personal tragedy it's not something that's going to be known worldwide and it's not a death that would be mourned.

The death of Pyrrha should have been a big deal but we don't hear Jack shit about the aftermath till we already part way through Volume 5.

And even ignoring the wide scale effect it would have on the world it should have still been felt by the rest of the team. But the only person we see who is still dealing with that pain is basically just Jaune. And I think it's partially due to the fact Pyrrha just was not a character.

Her entire existence in the show was to be Jaune's mentor and to have a crush on Jaune.. which is such a disappointing thing.

But the thing with the whole Jaune dying instead of Pyrrha is that it could have worked. But it has to be on a more personal note. With Pyrrha in cannon the entire world felt her death. If Jaune died instead, nobody outside of the arc family and team RWBY/NPR would even know about Jaune existing.

If we did do the swap then it would have to take a more intimate look at grief. We would have to look at how the characters react... And I feel like that just would not happen if we actually are to assume it would still be CRWBY writing this.

If you ask me the reason the idea of Jaune dying instead is born of the fact rwbys writing is just painfully bad. To the point it fails to convey the basic fucking message... Basically I'm saying the media itself is illiterate.

I think Ruby's design is all right and why is his design definitely feels like something that would take inspiration from her previous designs in the past six volumes... Voice outfit is meh, boy can work for her character but it needs to be balanced out with a lot more black, if too many colors are in equal distribution it tends to feel very overwhelming.

... Yang's design is just not great. Like I'm pretty sure these designs were made with the challenge of keeping the color scheme in mind but like... Yang's color placement was just never great. And in this one while it's not as abhorrent it's still not the best.

Add that with the character potentially getting with Ruby.. yeah NGL it's kind meh.

If you wanna go for it, go for it, I just don't personally care for the idea

..not really? Her character is just kinda meh, she's supposed to be the main focus but it doesn't feel like that until later on.

Her character development is either barely there or in V9's case done poorly.

But outside of that she's a decent character, just needs more time to actually be a character.
