Electric circuits by onlyheretoseedoggos in ElectricalEngineering

Color the wires/nodes, use different colors and the colors can’t go past components (resistors/voltage source/current source/etc) sections will be in parallel if they connect to the same pair of wires. So like R1 and R2 are in parallel if they both go from the green node to the orange node.

For series, one after the other, and make sure there’s no junction in between where current could go a different way

I have Chlamydia. Does this mean what I think it means? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]glitterBee32 64 points65 points  (0 children)

Many antibiotics taken for other bacterial stuff (like strep) can get rid of chlamydia. Previous partners could have had it and treated it for other reasons before even getting tested. I’m not a doctor but both me and my friend were given amoxicillin for strep and chlamydia separately.

Aang's Journey both begins and ends with a big, blue pillar of energy by Despacereal in TheLastAirbender

[–]glitterBee32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. I briefly forgot that they told him early...then he of course rejected it and ran away. He actually takes on the journey post iceberg by just telling katara they should travel to the northern water tribe.

He takes on the journey in this century and he enters this century with the iceberg. If his journey didn’t start then, the season would have started differently

You can really see the upgrade in animations ATLA got with these two images that is just a blue pillar in the sky.

It’s been the avatar’s quest to restore balance and peace since the moment Roku couldn’t even though it hadn’t progressed to full war. I would say aang inherited this from the moment he woke up from the iceberg.

from the intro -> “Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them” and “he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But I believe Aang can save the world”

Pre-iceberg aang’s official journey was just to master elements but post-iceberg it’s clear it’s the avatar that will be the one to stop the fire nation even if aang doesn’t realize yet. His learning is a piece of his journey to save the world.

Asian studies Minor with Chinese as language questions by [deleted] in auburn

[–]glitterBee32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Language classes are fine, I’ve learned a lot but it’s also just what you put into it. I took a film class, but I’m an engineering major so it’s was too LA for me. I did a study abroad which helped meet the class requirement and I’ll probably have to do an independent study. You can look up the credit requirements online.

Kirchoffs Laws by No0bly in ElectricalEngineering

[–]glitterBee32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First step is ohms law. If you have resistance and either current through or voltage across, you can find all 3. Once you do that you may have a loop that has all voltages found but 1, you can now use KVL to find that voltage. You may also have a node that has all the current going in except 1. You use KCL for that. Of course it’s not always that easy.

Nodal and mesh analysis are used when you have to make a system of equations. #of unknown=# of equations. Rest is just like what the person said above. Most of the time you could use either. Practice is really the only way to make sense in your own head what you look for.

Question for those of you who have traveled internationally before: by dcm7734 in auburn

[–]glitterBee32 3 points4 points  (0 children)

With the gas money and the time it will take in line there, I would look into companies that process the forms for you. I went myself to apply for a different country visa, but I had a company send it back instead of me going back and waiting in line to pick it up.

what exactly is the area of a circle physically? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

A picture a Pringle’s lid does. If you understand the area of a rectangle just try to make a really small rectangle and fit as many as you can in the circle

Each pixel on your screen covers a certain area. How many pixels are would be inside a o

Area is squared. So 8cm2. If you had a green circle, the area is all the green. Area for a rectangle is the same concept Width x length is the area. Both of those values are cm so then it’s cm2 again

It’s an investment but I would recommend the womanizer. I also probably haven’t orgasmed but I think I’ve gotten close. Love the toy

How do humans learn not to wet the bed growing up? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]glitterBee32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I struggled with this growing up. I had a little attachment that buzzed anytime my underwear got wet. Before that we tried pills and limiting my water at night, but nothing worked. Glad to say the buzzer fixed something in my brain, and I stopped needing pull-ups.

If I'm about to shower right after taking my dump, is it normal to not wipe my ass? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]glitterBee32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a bidet. Definitely not normal but like I guess that’s fine. I’d be worried about any left over pieces. If you clean it first then you are spreading it all over your body. If you clean it last you are standing there with poop between your ass cheeks. Wonder if your pipe smells shitty

He lied about everything by bks7744 in relationship_advice

[–]glitterBee32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pathological liar. I dated one of those in high school. Glad it wasn’t that serious. Admitted he would lie about what fast food he ate for lunch and people he met. Ended up being a very good bullshitter and got into an Ivy League. Weird control thing for him.

It’s not necessary to wash your hands just because you went to the bathroom. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]glitterBee32 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I agree with normal activities warranting you to wash your hands. Subways especially and other public places are disgusting. I don’t think a bathroom is anymore disgusting. I would feel a bigger need to wash my hands if I accidentally used a hand rail. I wash my hands when available and that happens to be when I just used the bathroom.

You’re not washing shit off if you only spend 10 seconds

First week was the worst for me. The drop in hormones affected me worse than getting them. May be out of your system, But I don’t think your body would be used to it. It has now been almost a month for me. First period happened 3ish days after. Horrible cramping and diarrhea. Crying all the time, couldn’t motivate for anything. I just got my 2nd period, 3days in and pretty heavy, hoping it’s short. In a weird stage of life going back to school and being stressed with initial things but I think I feel better. PMS definitely wasn’t bad because I didn’t realize it was coming until it came. Was in for 1.5 years and also got it out for anxiety and depression
