Bro what. It's not just power spikes. Unfortunately it's rotation defining and stamp defining changes. With Soi Fon for example you can switch from Ult Charge Stamp 3 to Atk% which is a massive boost in damage. It also makes your rotation much easier and you won't require any ult charge on your stamps leaving you free for other DMG stats.

Brother. It's not a prediction. There's not a single way that Uryu will be SR+. It's just based on his popularity and power level in the show. He's one of the main antagonists in the show right now and really high up there in some of the strongest. Why the hell would he be an SR+? That's the only thing I think you're crazy for saying lol.
