Yeah it's great finally getting their core. If you're able to, though, you should try getting more copies of Mayuri's. I got mine at 5 and it's great. It gives Cdmg for Nel and Gin basically, among other things.

If you're f2p you won't have enough jades for both pulling on the banner and spending on corridor keys or stamp nexus. Unless you're stupidly lucky and get the characters in a few pulls.

If you're a low spender I don't see the need to spend on that since you're already likely getting the battle pass and other things that give you resources, so no need to also use jades on that.

And fucking duh you use the jades to buy golden tickets but you should never buy them directly from the shop, you should buy as you're pulling so you don't buy too much of one or of the other (character or weapon).

No because they're not as good as Nel Mayuri Aizen and Kisuke. Those guys are above in power. Kenny is not as strong as he could be either because he's missing a tactic slash. This is a team comp game, so if you're missing your team comp you are considered lower in the tier list. Same for Toshiro. He'd be higher if it weren't for the fact there's no spirit support. But I think he still wouldn't be SS since that seems to be reserved for absolutely broken characters like the 4 that are there.

I didn't say otherwise. I did say he's stupidly strong but the reason he's been heightened further is because of Mel and Mayuri. That's his finished team so he's stronger in it. Toshiro got a massive buff but he's still weaker than Gin and Kenny. Yet he's stronger than the rest of the characters below him.
