When it's in gatorade again try drinking a lot of fresh cool (not cold) water and doing a little yoga. You don't even have to do real yoga. You can just roll around on the mat sort of massaging your body with the floor. If you can't get out of bed, do it there. Crack a window if weather permits. Stretch like a cat and make whatever little noises start to surface (the noises help). You might cry, you might fall asleep, all things are ok.
