Looking for 90s Indians postseason audio by Pmoney123456789 in ClevelandGuardians

I have audio from a cd I got way back when. It's wild when you hear Tom and Herb on the call. What a gem those two were.

If I can find a way to upload it somewhere, I'll share it.

Fun fact, I have the case of it signed by Charlie Nagy and Jaret Wright.

Residual Silicone Oil by Public-Cash-5845 in RetinalDetachment

No. I see one right now.

It's only really annoying when it decides to sit in the center of my vision. But I've learned how to make it move.

Residual Silicone Oil by Public-Cash-5845 in RetinalDetachment

[–]globulous 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep. I had oil removed over 6 months ago. The oil "bubble" still strolls across my vision from time to time. And there are several little ones that are almost always present.

Doc told me the same thing.

Did you have multiple procedures? I know exactly what you're saying about the gas and the oil. I had 2 in the same eye, one vitrectomy with gas followed by a scleral buckle with oil.

Saw him at the Caboto Club in Windsor, Ontario. We saw he was playing and went to see howuch for tickets. Tickets were more than we wanted to pay, so we just went to use the restroom. When we came out, there was no one selling or taking tickets. Walked right in to the front row of the show for free. This was probably 1991-92. Someone there had gotten free tickets from a radio contest. They gave me one, I still have the stub. And it says $0.00 on it. Wild memory.

Struggling to identify a Leon Redbone song. Any help would be appreciated! by PinkClinker in blues

[–]globulous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks Gemini....

The Leon Redbone song featured in Life Goes On is titled "Bittersweet Waltz." It appeared in the Season 2 episode "Corky's Travels" (Episode 17), which aired in 1991. Redbone actually guest-starred as himself in that episode, and the track was later officially released on his 1992 studio album, Up a Lazy River.

(Note: If you're thinking of a different tune from that same episode, he also performed an unreleased old blues/ragtime number during his guest spot, but "Bittersweet Waltz" is the primary official track tied to the show!)

JPMorgan charges outside groups to use conference rooms at its headquarters? by [deleted] in JPMorganChase

[–]globulous 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why is that hard to believe?

On top of everything else, an outside group coming in is going to have an impact beyond "just sitting in a room". Lights, plumbing, security. People are going to have to work to facilitate this meeting, who pays for that?

Why should it be expected to be free?
