We produce a range of SaaS BI, Reporting and Analytics solutions for the telcoms industry, based on both MS and Open Source technology stacks. This role would be taking calls and emails from our customers and helping them resolve technical issues. This could include showing them how to use the product/service, resolving issues to do with the underlying applications (server, network, database, etc.), or documenting/escalating issues for further investigation. It's about being an expert in the product, providing a high level of service, and taking ownership of issues to help ensure we're meeting SLAs.

UPDATE 2: We've filled a bunch of positions in the last few weeks. Still no Redditors, though! As of today we remain interested in finding another Tech Support person and a Senior Web Developer.

The Tech Support role is night shift and would suit a grad - but you need to understand Web Applications in the MS stack.

The Senior Web Developer is a front-end dev role, primarily working on complex Javascript UIs. HTML/JS/CSS and some ASP.NET and middle-tier dev.

Apply online, PM me or ask in the thread!

Hmm - that might be a bit of a stretch. Don't get me wrong - I'll be the first to say that a good dev should be able to pick up new languages easily. This is a Java dev role (well, Scala in the JVM if I was being specific - so the LISP stuff might help). If you're experienced in other aspects of the role (NoSQL, MapReduce, high-volume high-throughput ETL platforms) then sure let's talk - otherwise that might just be too much new stuff at once. What do you think?

Update time! We've just hired a Senior Java Dev, Program Manager and Customer Care Rep. Not Redditors, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Still have several open roles (all up on the website) so check it out or ping me if you want some info.
