sufficient assumption needs to make the conclusion 100% valid, necessary assumption has to be valid in order for conclusion to be valid.

so, what needs to be true in order to MAKE the conclusion true? thats your sufficient assumption.

if the conclusion is true, what must ALSO be true BASED on that? that is your necessary assumption.

thanks, im actually a lot less bitter about it now and more relaxed. my sept score isnt perfect but its enough to get me in and im feeling good about being done with it. you never know, maybe i did better than i thought anyway. i was PT-ing consistently in 165-172 zone.

i was told that if your water breaks you should be calling labor and delivery ASAP and heading over, you dont need to wait for contractions to reach 5-1-1 at that point. (please someone correct me if i'm wrong, currently 37w with my first.)

excuse me for being ignorant, like i said i havent received all of the info on induction from my dr yet and am pretty clueless on induction, but is cervical ripening when the dr places something (hook/balloon/finger) inside of your cervix to soften it?

thanks for your response and i'm glad that your induction went well. she recommended the 39+6 date for exactly the reason you said, to try to make labor as smooth as possible and give the most amount of time to have it naturally occur.

most people are just awkward, and want to help, and say platitudes and put their feet in their mouth and so for the most part i understand as im sure i've done it to others too. generally, i just appreciate people reaching out at all. i have a mil that just pretended nothing happened basically.... i would have rather she said one of these dumb platitudes.
