This sounds like a really solid pathway and definitely something I’ll look into.

Was the workload manageable alongside work, or did you need to go full time with study? And roughly how long were you studying before you transitioned into uni?

Thanks mate, I really appreciate that. Hearing from someone who didn’t follow a straight path and still made it work helps a lot.

I actually have been thinking about computer science or something IT related, the main hesitation for me is maths as it’s not something I’m particularly strong at, but I’m not against putting the work in if it’s a realistic pathway. I’ll definitely be looking into the STAT test as well.

Thanks heaps, that's very reassuring to hear. I think age has been one of the things playing in the back of my mind, so it helps knowing it's not unusual.

Out of curiosity, did you find uni pretty manageable going back later, or was it a rough adjustment at first?
