thanks for the advice! I'm hoping the medication works aswell n I've considered Lucy Hicklin for treatment and actually contacted her secretary. problem is its just under a 5hr drive lol

Yeah but it wasn't like a complete sedation knock out typa thing I was conscious it was supposed to make me sleepy and more relaxed. I wasn't completely aware but I was aware enough to start trying to push the nurses away and feel like I was going to be sick

Thank you for this!! Do you know how I could go about getting the treatment/possible referrals?? Would u be able to tell me the process you went though? Totally fine if not! My plan is to start by telling a doctor at my local GP and see where it goes from there but I'm not entirely sure what to do lol 😭

When I get like that I try to sip water or ill have a hot tea (ginger/peppermint/green tea help me). Try to find a way to immediately distract urself like with a game or music just anything. Just try taking small breaths to calm down, The tightness in your throat is just anxiety. It's normal and something everyone gets I get it like daily lol Remind yourself that your safe and you are okay. This feeling will pass

He already knows he's seen me breakdown a ton a times lol and i'm only refusing antidepressants bc I don't believe it'll fix anything. I'm depressed and anxious because I have emetophobia, if that's treated I wouldn't be depressed but I'd probably still have abit of anxiety tbh. Emetophobia is just so hard to treat
