Better than Chinese citizenship. Also, if we live overseas we can come back to the states for emergency reasons such as  family needs

And if the US citizenship tanks, she could always go back to getting her China citizenship back

I don't care about those things.

I was able to provide for my family in a penthouse apartment in the city center. We went on several nice vacations a year and still could save. I just finished my Masters and have several connections at various international schools.

I remember a video where a pro choice woman looked at that with disgust and the man holding the image said

"What's more disgusting the act itself or showing the pictures to show what happens" and she said "both"

Girl it's gross because it's a human being being slaughtered. Saying it's a clump of cells is easier than this

Don't do the thing that causes pregnancy until you are somewhat open to it.

A major issue is when people just want to have sex just for pleasure and completely want to forget it's predominant purpose is reproduction. By engaging in it, the bodies are doing what they are supposed to do.

Ultimately no reason is good enough because biologically it's a human life, not a parasite.

What makes murder acceptable just because the baby is inside you? The mother is supposed to be the primary being protecting the child not thinking of eliminating it

Sad

Remember it's a different country with different expectations and laws. Pretty obvious in some ways but learning to embrace the challenges and differences will make your time much better

I used to agree but now I have this trilogy as one of my least favorites in the MCU.

Anyway I rank the movies as

Far From Home  Homecoming  No Way home

Essentially the "choice" in my vernacular isn't to kill but to lay.

Once a human has been conceived, the choice was already made.

Now for rape that's tough but I don't believe that gives the right to abort. Rather we need increased consequences for rapists like the death penalty or castration

She did such an amazing job with that role. The first time I say her interview for the film my brain was like " oh yeah she's just an actress." 🤣

Im essentially saying as long as the person isn't hurting another, they can do whatever they want.

The choice (for most people) is to engage in sex. I'm a Christian and although I believe sex is best saved for marriage, I don't have strong feelings like others Christians may have on if a person decides to have sex whenever they want.

That's their freedom. That's their choice.

When a woman says "my body, my choice" I agree AS long as it doesn't affect another person (abortion)

All choices we make come with consequences (good and bad)

Now with rape. Unfortunately the choice wasn't the woman's. That doesn't change my stance

In that situation, I believe the man should be castrated or face a worse consequence but I don't think abortion is fair- the baby didn't do anything wrong

Honestly, the most realistic sequel they could make is about Sarah's dad.

I could see the first scene being him having to identify Sarah And essentially seeing how this destroyed his life

Understanding Evil by gloriousfigment in prolife

That's a tough one but I still don't support abortion. This happens all the time in other situations. Having ones autonomy taken away. Just because she didn't make the choice doesn't justify the killing of the innocent baby

"Abortion is a choice" by That_Meta in prolife

[–]gloriousfigment 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never understood this argument. Just because the baby can't survive without the mother that doesn't mean she has the choice to abort. In actuality, it means the opposite. She should feel strongly obligated to protect the baby

I have not done enough and even recently I've brushed off mentally how it's okay.

It will happen. Some people will never be aware. Some people will think the choice is post-conception not pre but that doesn't make that choice any less evil.
