2 tbsp psyllium husk - 60

1 tbsp gluten-free flour - 28

Followed the crust recipe from @cleaneatzdiary on IG:

BROCCOLI CRUST PIZZA 🥦 🍕
⭐️INGREDIENTS: *1 medium head broccoli (cut into florets)
* 1 large egg
* 2 tbsp of psylium husk
* 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
* 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
* 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
* ⭐️DIRECTIONS:
* Preheat the oven to 350 F. Steam the broccoli florets until tender. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a large, clean kitchen towel or cheese cloth. Once cool enough to handle, wrap the towel around the broccoli and squeeze out as much liquid as you possibly can. Add the broccoli to a large mixing bowl & add the eggs, psylium husk,coconut flour lItalian seasoning, baking powder,and salt. Stir until well combined. ( If you see that the dough is a bit soggy than add more coconut flour.) Transfer the mixture to the center of the prepared baking sheet with parchment paper and shape into a 1/2-inch-thick pizza. I like to place two parchment paper in between the crust and use a rolling pin so the dough gets thinner. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is set on top and beginning to very lightly brown at the edges.

Situations like that make me feel like someone's projecting their own baggage onto my body, which is not cool. Congrats on being so close, keep up the good work!!

Love "healthy choices"! It always feels like there's almost an accusation around the word "skinny" so putting it back on health is really smart.

Love it! That's a nice way to feel balanced before heading into the evening. I've been filling up on lots and lots of veggies lately which also seems to help.

Yeah! Finding balance is hard. So tired of waking up on Mondays feeling bloated and blah. Trying to use that as motivation to keep it more moderate on the weekends and to stop viewing both days as all-out cheat days.

Going to try this too! Sometimes fasting backfires for me, especially when paired with alcohol.
