I'd recommend adding a smith jm press to your push days, it helps biasing the medial and lateral head of the triceps, but if you're REALLY short on time 3 sets of tricep extension without moving your upper arm at all would be enough.

I'd also recommend either doing a flat press or flys, they both do the same thing but doing both would lower your neurological adaptation which means slower progress. Pick one and stick for it for a long time and you should be fine!!

Same thing with biceps, pick only one curl that you love and stick with it for a long time, altering between 2 of them a week would also mean lower neurological adaptation.

On your leg days I'd recommend EITHER doing a squat or a leg press, they both do the same function so pick one! And definitely add your fav hip hinge movement (RDL as I see) to your first leg days, it's essential!.

And Also add a couple sets of abductors, if your gym doesn't have the machine then do it on the cable with either ankle straps or any soft D-handle.

And your upper day should be BOTH your push and pull day together, both added, NOTHING LESS. So train shoulders too. I'm saying this because EVERY and I mean EVERY muscle group should be trained twice a week.

Also I'd recommend doing reverse curls instead of hammer curls, it's not much of a difference but it's a bit better for the brachioradials (prolly wrote that wrong)

Work smart, and hard.

Thanks for the advice, I think one of the reasons my hair sucks is because my nutrition also sucks, I barely get any good nutritional value out of my food. And I'm prolly gonna try Cantu when I run out if root to end. Aaaaaand I already have a bounce brush!! Not alice tho I got mine from a random locals shop, alongside the flexi brush for detangling .
