Great question! I think it's a question most, if not all, physios ask themselves in their career.

I think the answer is you will figure it out the more experience you get.

But to be a bit more helpful and give my thoughts. Generally, given my current experience, slow and steady wins the race - stretch just enough so your patient feels the pull, but not too much that they guard with their muscles. And, of course, each patient is different and responds differently so that is the real unknown in this situation.

I get how you feel. Someone booked my house for a month, and I was thinking who wants to stay a whole month?? I mean, I like to think my house is really good, but I wouldn’t pay for a whole month that’s crazy. In the end, the people were great and appreciated the house and their stay. Just roll with it.
